Standard Shipping: Royal Mail 48hr Tracked (please allow 3 - 4 working days for your goods to arrive).

Express Shipping: If ordered before 2pm will be sent the same day by Royal Mail 24hr Tracked.

*Please allow additional time during holiday seasons. Parcels may be affected by UK postal industrial strike action.

Returns & Refunds

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

ONLINE

You have 14 days from receiving your goods to notify us that you wish to return your items, you can do this via your customer account on the website, click the option to start a return and follow the on-screen prompts. If you have any difficulty please contact us on 0161 843 1798.  

A postage label will be sent to you, you can return from a local Royal Mail Post Office, Royal Mail Locker or Royal Mail Drop Shop. If you are unable to print the return label at home, simply use the QR code on the document. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods and a standard postage cost of £3.99 will be deducted from your return balance. 

Once your return has been received, it will be inspected and a refund (excluding original postage costs) issued upon acceptance. You will be sent an e-mail notification to confirm your return has been accepted and your refund is being processed.

IN STORE

Returning Unwanted Items

Return your unwanted items to the store, providing proof of purchase. Your item will be inspected and a refund will be issued in the form of  store credit or a gift card. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you return your faulty item after 28 days, you will be offered a repair or replacement if available or a refund for the amount paid in the form of a credit note. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, including earrings and jewellery for body piercings.

We can not offer returns on pre-loved items as we act as the platform for the seller and not a retailer.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take from 2 to 10 working days for your bank, credit card company or PayPal to process and issue the refund.
